GENERAL

Summary
Full resolution files: .PNG files, in A4 (2500x3500px) or B4 (3000x4200px) at 300DPI. More specific sizes are listed in the examples/prices.

Payment: up-front, via Paypal invoice or Ko-fi. I start working on commissions after confirmation of payment! Prices are final.

Refunds: Full refunds are available up until I start the rough sketches. Partial refunds are available until I begin the line-art phase. No refunds after finishing the piece.

Time Estimates: these are just estimates, as some pieces may take less or more time than expected, depending on my schedule. I will do my best to communicate with you if a piece takes longer than expected!

Revisions: There is a limit of 2 major revisions (pose change, scene change, color palette change, etc.) and 2 minor revisions (expression change, minor changes in limbs, markings change, etc.) for the sketch stage. A limit of 2 minor revisions applies during the colors / shading stage. Beyond that, an extra fee will apply for making more major revisions after the sketch stage.

Watermark: All commissioned artwork will have a watermark/signature that you may not remove.

Rights: I retain rights to the artwork, such as for promotional use. Artwork can be re-posted with permission to other platforms, as long as my watermark is still present and I am credited in the post.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission without reason or explanation.

Inappropriate/aggressive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Should this or a breach of the Terms of Service occur, I may stop or cancel the commission.

Poor communication may also be grounds for stopping the commission.

The client must read, understand, and agree to all the terms. By continuing with the commission and going forth with the payment, the client has agreed to the above terms.

If you've read all of that, put the name of your favorite character somewhere in your inquiry/form.

WORKFLOW

✨ client requests commission.

✨ artist and client discuss and agree on terms.

✨ artist sends an invoice via Paypal/requests payment through Ko-Fi, and client provides payment.

✨ upon confirmation of payment, references are provided.

✨ a polished sketch is created and sent to client as proof.

✨ the sketch is then either approved or rejected; if rejected, the client provides feedback/revisions and a new sketch will be provided.

✨ feedback is taken and the artist proceeds with line-work and colors.

✨ client is then provided with proofs for flat colors to approve or reject and can provide feedback.

✨ if the piece is a full-color illustration, the artist will finish the piece.

✨ client can point out any mistakes or changes that should be rectified. if changes are not a mistake, then an additional fee may be applied.

✨ when everything is approved, the artist will send the full resolution completed commission to the client.

PAYMENT

All prices are in USD.

Prices listed are the base prices, and are subject to changes according to size, complexity, and detail of the piece at my discretion.

Full payment takes place after we have discussed details and I accept the commission, but before the sketch is started.

Payments can be made on either Paypal (via invoice) or Ko-fi. Invoices are required to be paid in full after 10 days of them being sent.

If the commission is needed by a specific deadline, please let me know in advance and we can work something out! There may be a fee applied for short deadlines.

Final prices are non-negotiable!

REFUND POLICY

If the client wishes to cancel the commission before payment, there are no repercussions. The commission will be cancelled and no further action needs to be taken.

If the client wishes for a refund before beginning any work, a full refund will be provided.

If the client wishes for a refund after beginning any work, a percentage of the refund will be provided at the artist’s discretion based on how much work is done.

If the client wishes for a refund after the commission is completed, no refund will be provided.

PROCESS

When commissioning me, please provide clear references (images, physical descriptions, photos) of your character(s) in order to avoid confusion! Pose references (photo or drawn) is also greatly appreciated!

If writing a description, please write it in English if possible!

I'll let you know when I start the initial sketches for your commission!

Depending on the commission, the client will receive proofs during the sketches stage and the flat color stage for approval.

The client can request up to 2 larger changes and revisions (such as missing details/costume changes) and 2 minor changes/revisions (expression change, minor changes in limbs, markings change, etc.) during the sketching process. If the piece is further along (i.e. line-art or coloring stage), a limit of 2 minor revisions (i.e. color changes) is allowed. Major revisions after the sketch stage may lead to an additional fee.

When a piece is finished, I will send the full-resolution, watermarked image to a platform of the client's choice (such as email or Discord). There is no physical product.

I can provide time estimates, but they are only estimates -- some pieces may take longer based on complexity and schedule availability.

I will try my best to communicate delays or other circumstances that might affect my ability to do art. If the client wants to check in about the status of their commission, contact me and I will do my best to reply as soon as possible.
